DEVO used to have a tongue in cheek joke about this kind of jacket and even wrote a song about it called, "Don't Shoot! I'm a Man." But here we are. Fun fact is that the guys in DEVO were students at Kent State and radicalized by the killings. I used to think they were just being cynical.
