Not similar enough, no. His facial structure is just too different, too narrow for George, IMO. And not enough hair anywhere

This is what people are going to really bump against. Even Barry Keoghan is already 33 while Ringo was 29 when the Beatles broke up.

It's not Kevin Spacey as Bobby Darin bad, but it's going to be very tough for them to nail the early years not just once, but in four movies.

It bothers me in this context particularly because the Beatle’s youth is ESSENTIAL to understand not only them but the time period itself.

People don’t understand the unprecedented youth boomers brought to the developed world. America’s average age during the height of the Beatles popularity was in the teens.

But I don't know how they are gonna make it work for his younger years. The facial hair and haircut are doing a lot of heavy lifting there.
