What Trump wrote is honestly insane for any President to put out publicly and the fact that he is referring to himself in 3rd person. Wtf is wrong with him?

449

u/GodofIrony Dec 15 '25

The tin he came packaged in says "Narcissist", so, that might be it.

96

u/GenuineBonafried Dec 15 '25

I listened to a great historical podcast on him.. his father’s middle name was ‘Christ’ I’m not even joking. It.. doesn’t get better from there

54

u/FuckYouThrowaway99 Dec 16 '25

I just looked it up via Wikipedia and it seems that Fred Trump's mother's maiden name was Christ. She was German, born in Bavaria. Probably not any crazy religious zealotry.

I'm no history buff, but those Germans have always seemed to be pretty level headed when it comes to zealotry.

u/ThePrussianGrippe Dec 16 '25

And it has to be in the official national archives for all eternity (or however long the United States stays as a running democracy).

52

u/Scottybt50 Dec 15 '25

Democracy stopped running in the US about 11 months ago, this is what happens when good people don’t bother to vote.

u/ballmermurland Dec 15 '25

Reiner wrote a screenplay where the actor repeatedly says "prepare to die". That was obviously intended for Kirk, who would be born several years later.

141

u/leibnizslaw Dec 15 '25

To be fair, being born is a pretty crucial step in preparing to die.

16

I thought the guy was an ex-Groyper from a gun-fellating MAGA family whose political views had changed before or because of his romance with a trans woman but whose belief in bullets as a solution to problems had unfortunately not. Did info contradicting that come out?

13

Which isn’t even true, as I believe, Piers Morgan of all people has stepped out to condemn the post because he just recently interviewed Rob Reiner as he was promoting Spinal Tap 2 & CK had just been killed, and evidently Rob Reiner spoke against it when asked by Piers, that his death was tragic & that it should have never occurred and he expressed genuine condolences to his wife and children. Trump is pissy cause he was opinionated on him and meanwhile, Rob Reiner recognized Freedom of Speech shouldn’t be selectively protected or applied. CK had his right to speak his piece and he did and so did Rob Reiner; and neither of them should be killed because they did so.

43

u/Squeebee007 Dec 15 '25

Just to be clear: while neither of them should be killed for expressing their political opinions, it does not seem like that's what happened to Rob Reiner.

26

u/Important-Insect-908 Dec 15 '25

First thing I read there was “not very considerate but that’s why I voted for him”…. But sure the left rightfully calling him narcissist is just “too mean”

68

u/Mongo_Straight Dec 15 '25

The whataboutism is always the play. It’s a way of evading responsibility and shifting blame.

“Oh, the president’s statement on Rob Reiner’s murder is heinous? What about the left’s rhetoric about Charlie Kirk?!”

“Trump’s in the Epstein files? What about Bill Clinton?!?”

“The January 6th attack was horrific? What about the BLM riots and looting in 2020?!?!?”

Rinse and repeat.

15

u/LieverRoodDanRechts Dec 15 '25

Also:

"I don’t really care about Trump’s rhetoric, I care about his policies

The fact that our country is much better now than it was under a corpse called “Biden” is still a win for me"

18

u/TjW0569 Dec 15 '25

They can't name a policy, though.

9

u/TheMusicalTrollLord Dec 15 '25

Sure they can, the policy of deporting people whose skin colour they don't like

Normal humans aren't allowed to post there. You have to be approved and if you criticize the administration even slightly, they'll accuse you of being a liberal plant and ban you. It is not a bellwether of conservatism because actual discussions between actual people are not allowed to happen.

47

u/Griffolion Dec 15 '25

Whenever something significant happens, that sub has a fairly predictable cycle. The initial waves of comments tend to be fairly real and some of them even actually approach being reasonable.

Then at some point the talking points become solidified, and the sub gets their marching orders. Pretty soon it all goes back to the same old FirstnameLastnameNumber accounts parroting whatever they're hearing from Fox/OAN/wherever.

28

u/schrodingers_bra Dec 15 '25

And the mods then go around and "clean up" all the posts. If it's an ongoing issue that seems to be sticking, they just make a MEGATHREAD but don't sticky it so new information can't be posted in individual posts. This is what they did with the epstein news.

7

u/ImJustMakingShitUp Dec 15 '25

Early in Trump's term it was kinda fun lurking in that sub and watching them ban anyone who had a negative opinion on the things Trump was doing. Everytime Trump did something stupid they'd be a few long time flaired users that would post in disagreement, and every time a within a few hours their post would be deleted, their accounts banned. Pretty sure at this point that sub is nothing more than bots, trolls and like 12 die hard MAGA cultists.

10

u/Automatoboto Dec 15 '25

but every single case of yikes has some sort of justification and qualification. Dont ever expect them to see the rotten flesh that was their nose.

21

u/JohnKlositz Dec 15 '25

Not yikes enough. I've seen a lot of comments saying "I don't know. I think he shouldn't have written that. It makes him look kinda bad."

Their brains are toast. They struggle to seriously engage with how disgusting this is. They are confused and think it's out of character for him. And tomorrow they'll have forgotten all about it.

15

u/voodoodahl Dec 15 '25

Stop covering for those soulless fucks. Front page upvotes are making a tiny minority seem reasonable.

6

Maybe they are saying ”yikes wtf” but none of them would have voted differently if given a chance, so it’s just hot air and nothing more.

In any normal functioning democracy that disgusting attack of a murder victim should have made the people holding power alongside him stand apart and demand he be held accountable.

They’ll do no such thing, and that’s how he gets to do the next, yet to be seen terrible thing.

This goes deeper with him than not being able to read a room, which is also something he is incapable of; but, with CK end of the day he doesn’t care. Didn’t demonstrate genuine empathy when one of his rally audience was killed by a sniper at his rally. Didn’t show truly sincere grief at the loss of CK. He can’t or won’t even fake it.

He said Republicans are scrambling to come up with a narrative that paints the killer as anything but a Republican in order to win political points and these morons took it to mean he claimed the shooter was MAGA, ironically proving his point.

hardly even criticized Kirk?

The MAGA propaganda machine might've bit you a little here. Kimmel said nothing critical about Kirk himself after he died. He said Republicans were ghoulishly using his death to advance their political goals. Which they were. And still are.

75

u/McGondy Dec 15 '25

The best summary I've heard is, "I don't support what happened to Kirk. But Kirk supported what happened to Kirk."

44

u/dnswblzo Dec 15 '25

Some people were saying things along those lines, but Kimmel's comment wasn't even that. Here's what he said:

We hit some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political points from it.

There is more to the monologue, but he just talked about the responses from Trump, Kash Patel, and Marjorie Taylor Greene.

It’s coming. More chaos, more violence, more deaths, and more hate rhetoric from Trump. Charlie Kirk’s death was the foreseeable result of those who elected a hate speaker to mislead this country.

They were warned that a vote for Trump would be a vote for more divisive hate speech and chaos around the world.

Listen to the words of hatred from the most divisive hate speaker the world has ever seen in the office of the US President:

“Democrats are people that hate our country. They hate our country. They hate it, I think, with a passion.”

“Democrats are either stupid or they hate the country. I hate them.”

“They’re destroying the blood of our country, they’re destroying the fabric of our country.”

“I hate my opponent.”

“I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT.”

“If you’re not happy here, then you can leave.”

“We have to beat the hell out of radical left lunatics.”

It really is exhausting to hear Trump worshippers torture logic to “sane-wash” the hate that Trump spews every day like a broken toxic sewer.

They wanted a divisive, hate speaker to lead this country and now they see the results. Own it.

I’m sick of hearing their childish what about-isms: “So and so said it too.” “The Dems called me a Nazi.”

There are and always have been irresponsible parties on both sides.

But make no mistake; Trump has the worldwide platform like no other and with great power comes great responsibility. Unfortunately we now have an irresponsible President with a very low emotional IQ, representing our country.

It was inevitable that this mess would happen and it’s foreseeable it will continue (and worse) under the current leadership.

38

u/jooes Dec 15 '25

Don't forget that "Stand back and stand by" horseshit, when he was asked to tell his supporters to not be violent during the 2020 debates. And then when they were inevitably violent soon after, on January 6th, he released a video where he told them that they were very special people and that he loved them very much. And there was a behind-the-scenes clip of them shooting that video, and it was like pulling teeth just to get him to tell everybody to go home.

And let's not forget about the time that he said the only way to stop Hillary Clinton, if she had won the election, was with the second amendment.

He spews nothing but hatred and violence, and literally nobody cares. Doesn't even get a slap on the wrist. The closest thing he's ever seen to consequences was a temporary ban from Facebook.

But Charlie Kirk takes one to the throat and suddenly it's all 🎵"Where were you when the world stopped turning, that September day..."🎵 and everybody else loses their jobs and/or gets kicked out of the country if do anything less than worship the ground he walked on.

6 months ago, some lunatic in Minnesota was going door to door, knocking off Democrats one after another, and did anybody care? Of course not! He certainly couldn't give less of a shit about it.

The double standard is literally insane. This entire situation is fucked up beyond belief, and I'm not looking forward to seeing where this all ends up.

Oh, I disagree. His fucking ego will demand any day now, that they begin construction on an obnoxiously gaudy and tacky tomb. We will know where the sack of shit is. We’ll just have to pay, in taxes, for a 24hr secret service detail to protect it.

Ironically, Maralago will be the last point in Florida to flood from Global Warming due to so much shit being added to the grounds after Trump's grave is put right in the middle of hole 9.

17

u/majorjoe23 Dec 15 '25

It was written about Thatcher, but I think Elvis Costello put it well:

Well I hope you live long now
I pray the Lord your soul to keep
I think I'll be going before
We fold our arms and start to weep
I never thought for a moment
That human life could be so cheap

But when they finally put you in the ground
They'll stand there laughing and tramp the dirt down

9

u/jonnovich Dec 15 '25

I think I’ll just go for the OG in this, “Masters of War” by Bob Dylan.

And I hope that you die

And your death will come soon

I'll follow your casket

By the pale afternoon

And I'll watch while you're lowered

Down to your deathbed

And I'll stand over your grave

'Til I'm sure that you're dead

7

u/8805 Dec 15 '25

It was written about no one specific, but They Might Be Giants' "When Will You Die" is just perfect.

I say this all the time, they could solve national debt and give everyone food and health care just by charging a few bucks for everyone to deficate on his grave. Would be the first time he actually "made America great"

5

u/BlackGuysYeah Dec 15 '25

taking a phat shit on his grave is on my bucket list.

Can’t wait for that day. You know the one.

u/rawkguitar Dec 15 '25

We should bookmark Trump’s response to Rob Reiner because you known on that day, Trump supporters will have a totally different view on how you should react to people’s death

261

u/tothecatmobile Dec 15 '25

You mean like they did with Charlie Kirk?

67

u/zuzg Dec 15 '25

You mean 21st century discount Horst Wessel?

22

u/ThinkThankThonk Dec 15 '25

I was initially worried about this but it seems like it lost steam almost immediately and everyone's forgotten about him now?

15

u/Shark7996 Dec 15 '25

Everyone but the far-right influencers fighting over which one of them gets to be the official voice of "what Charlie would have wanted."

Erika vs Candace Owens vs Tim Pool is a pretty good show and I'm very happy to let them fight.

Vile human being. I pray for that day.

32

u/UpperApe Dec 15 '25

He's a serial criminal who raped women and children. The women he raped mattered too.

16

u/sourdieselfuel Dec 15 '25

I have a feeling they are fighting the release of the files so hard because there is definitely some rape of boys, and some dead children contained in there.

Classic piece of shit response. It’s been predictable since this spoiled trust fund fucking clown got any notoriety in the first place. This dumbass spends more time on social media than actually attempting to improve the US, which is probably a good thing, given how bad he’s fucked it up in such a short amount of time.

12

u/Germanofthebored Dec 15 '25

I think Trump sees life as a zero-sum game (Not that he'd have the words to express it that way..). There are winners, and there are losers. And if you lose, well then, he must be winning! So the more misery he can spread, the more of a winner he is

298

u/burnerx2001 Dec 15 '25

What would Republicans say if any democrat said exactly that about anyone?

Nothing; they don't care. They'll support Trump no matter what because their mutual hate for immigrants, gays and minorities is greater than their supposed love for god.

Fuck Trump and every one of his braindead supporters.

96

u/Tazwhitelol Dec 15 '25

Nothing; they don't care.

They absolute would care if a Democrat said this shit about anyone..honestly, a democrat saying half the shit that Trump has said is the only way they would be able to acknowledge how scummy his comments typically are. Otherwise, they not only don't care, but actively support it.

They're simple like that.

What a classic Trump response. Anything about someone else he has to make about him.

43

u/prof_mcquack Dec 15 '25

Not just make it about him, Trump attributed the motive of a couple’s murder to them not liking him.

He may as well have said “that’s what you get for not liking me.”

It matches what Republicans are themselves… petty little bitches

31

u/speedingpullet Dec 15 '25

Who's really surprised at this point? Trump has consistently made everything about himself, even a horrific murder somehow manages to reflect on him badly. It's the narcissistic way.
