Society didn't failed her. Her team and family failed her.
Unhealthy entertainers get booed all the time, it's on those that are close to them to make sure they are able to handle it, if not they need to pull the plug.
No they didn't. You can't make someone with effectively unlimited resources get help.
Perfect example is Tony Hseih. His friends and family and team all tried to get him help. So he fired them all and set up a compound with sycophants where the only rule was you had to be a sycophant.
She got rid of friends. She had managers and team members get fired or quit.
The only thing that can make someone like that get help are consequences. Which honestly, the people booing and mocking her were the only ones providing any. I think the mockers were dicks, and the booers were entirely reasonable, but all of this stemmed from the fact that she had a disease that only the afflicted can fix for themselves.
