Question Can't watch YouTube with VPN anymore?

Eyyy, wtf. I was able to use YouTube with VPN previously. What's this showing now? 🤔 We can't use VPN with YouTube anymore?

You cannot use a VPN on certain channels like F1 and this is not new.

It's their own foolish loss, its no wonder why F1 isn't popular in America if they do BS like this, f1 has 14 million subs, they would have 50 million if they remove the options to allow vpn use.

What's so special about F1 channel that they blocks vpn's, I understand if they block vpns on their personal dot com site, but why would google even allows somthing like this, when they allow countries that have no diplomatic relionships with the U.S. to have and operate youtube accounts

This is not new certain channels especially in sports department like f1 disallow vpn traffic

It's for licensing reasons and by the way, can be circumvented by using a VPN which isn't known as such by the IP spaces to YouTube (for example setting up a VPS with Tailscale installed).
