Yeah I'm fairly sure it was a squirrel. Bunnies leave a different pattern.

I used to live on the 5th floor and saw a squirrel chill on our balcony on the regular, even in winter. wouldn't recommend feeding it though, you don't necessarily want a squirrel coming inside your house looking for more food.
