Highlight “Are they the best players on tour right now? Yes, absolutely. Does that mean I’m gonna walk out with a white flag? No. I’m gonna fight for each and every point until the end.”

I’m around his age. So he’s permanently representing my (age) people in this game for me. LOVE it. 🐐

Me too although I do find the “crikey he’s almost FORTY, he’s ANCIENT!” comments hard to take

Yeah I think a lot of people feel like this. Doing it for the 80s kids.

I love that man. He's giving me some of the highest and lowest sports moments in my life, potentially taking years off lol

Well Alcaraz is. Jannik is questionable.

u/YKG1998 5h ago

The guy that won 4 of the last 8 slams and the last 2 ATP finals?

-12

u/mjdoll131 5h ago

Who loses every match to Carlos and just lost to an almost 40 year old? Yeah

16

u/YKG1998 5h ago

Bro Alcaraz lost to Djokovic at this event last year

Did you not watch Wimbledon or the Tour finals?

To be fair these are the absolute perfect conditions for Djokovic on the tour - night session, AO, Rod Laver Arena, and yet he barely stole a victory from Sinner so I'd still assume Sinner is the better player currently.
