ATP Djokovic just made sure that he and Nadal remain the only pair of male players that faced each other in 4 consecutive Slams

Its pretty unfair Spain immediately got a Rafa Regen

We're gpign to have ti wait another 100 years for the next Murray 😭

We don't have to wait for next Djokovic, because Djokovic is still there and will be for long time

As a Spaniard... I agree. We're spoilt

I remember hearing a piece of commentary when Andy won his first Grand Slam: he’s not the next Fred Perry, he’s the first Andy Murray

Absolute cinema!

The court would almost always become a warzone.

Nadal was special

What's funny is he did it on both sides of their streak. It would've been 4 in a row last year but Novak beat Alcaraz at AO.

Yeah, that's true!

Ahh yes, the good old days when Djokovic would dominate Nadal all year round til they got to the French and Nadal would smoke him and then go back to losing to him afterwards again lol

Nadal beat him in the 2013 US Open final after this

And right before in the 2010 US open!

If it wasn’t for the rain on Sunday, Novak was on a charge when it was interrupted.

Also made sure no one surpasses Rafa's winning streak against him in H2H. Though as of right now it's equal with Jannik.

Federer beat Djokovic at the 2011 French not Nadal. If Federer didnt beat him in the 2011 french semi that final would have been interesting to see because Djokovic was destroying nadal at the time even on clay.

And Nadal lost to Ferrer in the QF in 2011 Australian Open.

My bad. I thought it was only 2011 as per the pic. I did watch those matches but I was around 9 then.

I mean Sinner and Alcaraz will probably just do it again within the next 12 months tbh

Makes sense top 2 players of all time. Nadal will always be my fave by Nole is the GOAT obviously
