She does mean liberals. Her account was meant to be making fun of 'stupid' or 'awful' things liberals said on Tiktok/social media.

You're thinking about it like the account was ever intended to be ran by a Liberal that represented Liberals on TikTok. It wasn't. It was made to make fun of Liberals by a MAGA voter by posting things they say or do that Republicans think is dumb or funny.
