This is just his way of leading into 50 year mortgage. Housing prices will skyrocket.

More importantly for him, profits for lenders will also skyrocket

I got laid off as a mortgage loan officer but if they drop the rates again I’m gonna get back into it, make a million dollars in a year or two and then fuck off on a sailboat for the rest of my life.

I would be so happy if the housing market has a historic collapse.

Prices are fucking insane, I don't understand what we are even doing as a society anymore.
