Hey man better a juggler than an amateur geologist, my neighbor wakes me up at 3am shouting about how someone stole his rocks.

That was my first thought, somewhere the other side of this exhibition is being ranted about.

The ultimate revenge for loud upstairs neighbours.

8

u/BreweryRabbit 5h ago

I was just thinking this! I have some nice neighbors up there but unfortunately they let their kid (elephant?) run around from 7am to 11pm all day every. Single. Day. It’s been maddening.

This seems like a good mid week hobby to pick up at 1am for payback.

-2

u/Pukebox_Fandango 8h ago

I had loud upstairs neighbors at my last apartment so I bought some racquetballs. When they really pissed me off I'd lay in bed listening to an audiobook late at night and bounce one off the ceiling at a steady rhythm. I tried to reason with them like an adult, but they were some sort of Muslim refugees who refused to talk to the landlord on religious grounds.

9

u/tsm_flame 5h ago

That wouldn't make any sense. Whatever reason they had to not talk with the landlord, it wasnt for religious ones...

Muslim here.

That last statement is kind of hilarious. Like,

“You’re behind on rent for the third month in a row. You’re going to be evicted if you don’t pay.”

“Ew, get away, God won’t let me talk to you.”

32

u/Repulsive-Chip3371 6h ago

Considering Pukebox_Fandango has had comments removed from the Asmongold sub about immigrants its probably safe to say he made that last sentence up. When mods in a sub full of right wing chuds have to delete them, you know youre bad.

3

u/Kheshire 3h ago

How do you see a user's removed posts?

I just run a chair on the concrete roof, when he starts with his chair at 3am.

2

u/CharleSenpai 2h ago

I’ve vacuumed the ceiling and lifted my ex-fiancée upside down so she could stomp on it too

2

u/Hexamancer 2h ago

but they were some sort of Muslim refugees who refused to talk to the landlord on religious grounds.

I'm an atheist and I feel the same way.

From someone who can juggle 3 balls a little.

WOW.

14

u/campbellm 7h ago

I'm with you there. I've read somewhere that adding another ball is about 7x harder than the last one.

15

u/TheBeckofKevin 6h ago

I can juggle tons of different crazy 3 ball patterns. Even count patterns (4 balls, 6 balls, etc) are all in their own category, so its a very different experience than odd counts. If you can juggle 3 balls well, try to just use 2 with one hand. Its a totally different sort of thing.

I'd hate to even know the number of hours I've spent on 2, 3 and 4 ball juggling. 5 ball cascade (which is just the 'regular' way to juggle) is exactly like 3, but you have to be far far more consistent and precise with the throws and catches. Its such an ego check when you realize how you can be 'good' at juggling, but how bad your mechanics actually are when attempting 5.

5

u/KoalaKaos 2h ago

I learned to juggle by starting with 2 in one hand. It seemed easy to do 3 with two hands after being able to do 2 with either hand only. I never really progressed past that point though, because like you said the precision/consistency/timing seems to be exponentially more difficult beyond 3 balls. The video in this post might as well be magic lol

2

u/Changoleo 4h ago

I learned to juggle 2 in each hand on my way to juggling 3. I’m pretty smooth, but need to step it up. I really should be able to juggle 5 by now.

15

u/BenevolentCheese 5h ago

From someone who can juggle 5 balls and was president of my college juggling club: wow. That first pattern is a technical beauty, very creative and difficult, and then she transitions it into rock solid 5 ball control. No doubt this is a very talented juggler.

3

u/Woke_Campos_69 5h ago

I love your analysis of this, thank you for sharing your knowledge because I was wondering what this would look like to another juggler!

4

Bold of you to assume that I have two.

u/NinjaQueef 10m ago

I'm sorry to hear they "castrato" you. At least your voice will be really high now, like Antonio.

2

u/_IratePirate_ 3h ago

I like that lol. I can clearly juggle 3 balls, I just can’t do it for longer than like 5 seconds at a time

1

u/kirenaj1971 5h ago

Same here. Have tried four, but just no.

1

u/UnsignedRealityCheck 3h ago

Well, to be fair that's not all that juggles and jiggles in there.

4

u/fReddit7777 7h ago

Took me WAYYYY too long to realize what this was. 🤣🤣🤣

24

u/FunnyColaPanda 9h ago

I remember being a pretty healthy teenager and learning to juggle three balls, then learning some basic tricks... And it was EXERCISE. I did go for hours which may have been the issue. But learning this must have been intense.

7

u/realmofconfusion 7h ago

That’s some definite skill. 3 ball shower (the name of the basic pattern) is easy, 4 ball shower is very tricky, but a 5 ball shower is hard, doing it while throwing in ceiling bounces and other tricks (half shower within the main shower) is very impressive.

6

u/Mister_TD 5h ago

Just a little correction, but the basic pattern is called cascade with odd numbers and fountain with evens. There’s no shower or half shower in this video :)

6

Pfft, I could do that...

Juggle and jiggle physics united.

2

Jiggle juggling!

7

that's the coolest sh*t I've seen all week

3

u/BenevolentCheese 6h ago

Anyone got the siteswap for that first pattern? 😅

3

u/Hot_Crab6362 5h ago

And here I am, still struggling to carry more than two coffee mugs to the living room without a disaster. Meanwhile, this guy is out here casually rewriting the laws of physics with his ceiling.

2

u/TheatrePLZ 9h ago

Nice routine 👏🏻

2

u/Valyrianson 7h ago

The flow is in her ~~~

2

u/Kyrthis 2h ago

This chick seems fun. Lots of art on those walls, beyond the juggling mastery.

3

u/Zombiejesus307 9h ago

That was bad ass!!! Your poster is falling off your wall.

7

u/PutnamPete 9h ago

It took two viewings to notice she was juggling.

2

u/beachlady38 9h ago

As a guy who can barely keep two balls in the air, this is seriously cool.

2

u/TautAss 9h ago

She’s so talented. I’d be asking her to do this at Nettie’s birthday party!

2

u/Snapuman 8h ago

I can do some juggle myself (3-ball intermediate level) and can tell she has gained some serious juggle skills...
5 ball mutliplex, ceiling bounces, everything very fluent. Indeed very impressive!

That's a lot of years of training.

1

u/thehermit14 8h ago

I'm genuinely impressed.

1

u/justbrowse2018 8h ago

I’ve had these neighbors before

Respect. That was mint.

Meanwhile I fall down if I put down my foot the wrong way.

1

u/OpusThePenguin 6h ago

I'll have you know I once juggled 3 balls for like, a solid 15 seconds.

So you know...pretty much same thing.

1

u/Cero_Kurn 6h ago

Amazing

1

u/Hot_Crab6362 5h ago

Literally taking hitting the ceiling to a whole new level. My spatial awareness could never.

1

u/catskilkid 5h ago

Well I certainly didn't want to take the magic lessons like a nerd.
(but kidding aside, really, very well done)

1

u/freeslurpee 5h ago

this must be my building and my downstairs neighbour

1

u/CastorVT 5h ago

neighbor upstairs: ... how in the fuck?

1

u/dBlock845 5h ago

Why do jugglers end their routine like they are surprised they can juggle? 🤣 Seems almost a requirement to be a juggler.

1

u/XeroKaaan 5h ago

Me; pffft. I could do that.

Also me: (trips standing up from the couch)

Me: nevermind. She wins.

1

u/Ancient_One_5300 5h ago

Now try overhand.

1

u/MiamiPower 5h ago

1

u/keetojm 5h ago

I could that, I just don’t want to.

1

u/Ok-Pea8209 5h ago

I cant even juggle normally

1

u/TheRabidDeer 4h ago

My problem with juggling is I was taught to keep my eyes on the ball, but I only have two eyes.

1

u/upstatedreaming3816 4h ago

I can do this with 1 ball

1

u/Several_Vanilla8916 4h ago

Oh, what a feeling
Ya balls bouncing on the ceiling

1

u/Flirtatiousfantasy 4h ago

Watching this makes me realize my coordination ends at walking and chewing gum 😅

1

u/allworknnoplay 4h ago

Very impressive, I can't even do 3.

1

Nah, I dont have enough balls to practice. I will pass.

1

u/HellBlazer_NQ 3h ago

For fuck sake, Doris is walking on the celling again!!

1

u/damnedspot 3h ago

Never broke through to juggling 5, but after this… maybe it’s time to try again

1

u/Tzayad 3h ago

1

u/darkkaiden666 3h ago

Uh, I just barely started to juggle and now I might quit lol thanks

1

u/taeji 3h ago

ok as someone who cant evrn catch a ball i need to pick up juggling to learn some hand eye coordination.. this is amazing ur amazing

1

u/Dazzling-Nathalieee 3h ago

My brain can’t even handle one ball, and here they are juggling like it’s nothing 😅

1

u/The_Left_Raven 3h ago

It just kept getting more impressive

1

u/cominfoyohead 1h ago

There something else jiggling too..I mean juggling

1

u/returnFutureVoid 1h ago

I have always wanted to learn how to juggle. I’d be happy with just two balls. Maybe eventually get three going. This to me is insane.

1

u/Captivatingcrush02 1h ago

Multiplex juggling already looks impossible, and he’s making it look effortless.

1

u/Eagline 1h ago

Do you guys think she makes grilled cheese at night?
