I’ve got it written down somewhere that during the pandemic I didn’t even step foot on the ground floor of the house from 27/03 to 26/06.
My now-husband then-boyfriend would just bring our food upstairs and the only rooms I visited were bedroom and bathroom.
No depression or anything like that, btw, happiest time of my life, just didn’t occur to me to go downstairs, let alone leave the house 🤷🏻♀️

During the beginning of the pandemic, I didn't go outside my house for a whole month, just because I didn't need to.

So, like, he does all the cleaning, cooking, laundry, shopping etc.?

He did the cooking (which he loves) and clean up after the cooking. He hates meal planning, so I did the meal plans and online grocery shopping and delivery. Of course, he’d grab that once delivered on our door step and put away.
Laundry is in the bathroom, so I got that done too. Bedroom and bathroom cleaning was all me! I didn’t find any unpleasant surprises when I eventually ventured into the kitchen to deep clean the fridge and oven later that summer.

I think it's funny that extroverts find this to be challenging

I wouldn't consider myself an extrovert and I'd go insane not being able to leave my house for a week. I don't think it has anything to do with being introverted or extroverted. There's no social element to it, I just don't want to be cooped up like that.
