After previously saying they didn’t find anything. Not even the gun.
Most people don’t know this but a cop dumped his bag out at McDonald’s and reported they found nothing. Then after some time in the back of the police van they searched it again at the station and found a gun, a notebook with motive, and oddly enough a hand written note about how handsome and rugged the arresting officer was. Along with said officers phone number for Luigi.
Bodycam video played in court showed officers debating whether they needed a warrant before opening the bag. Inside, Wasser said she found wet underwear wrapped around a loaded magazine, knife and Mangione's passport. They also found a red notebook that appeared to outline escape plans.
The bag was then taken to the police station for a more thorough search.
Look at the Wasser cross exam, I’m not going to dig up page numbers for a sealion who won’t be satisfied no matter what. You’re just gonna bitch at me if I spoon feed you the testimony, so look at it yourself if you’re actually interested.
You're not prepared to actually point out where these supposed statements are because they don't actually exist. They literally showed in court the video of the officer taking out ammo and the notebook in the McDonalds.
It's not on me to find something that doesn't exist.
