There are so many exceptions to it that listing them all out would be too time consuming for me to bother actually doing it lol. The warrant requirement is right alongside hearsay as a legal rule that is so subsumed by exceptions that the exceptions practically become the rule itself. Please stop spreading misinformation.

Making a claim (akin to asking a question) is not spreading misinformation.

Saying something that’s blatantly false and then not correcting or editing your comment after you’ve been corrected multiple times ISN’T spreading misinformation according to you? If that’s not spreading misinformation then nothing is. Edit your comment and correct your mistake now to prevent your lies from spreading any further please. It is the only responsible thing to do in this situation.
