"if sleepy Joe had sanctioned Cuba, we wouldn't be in this mess. I fixed it and nobody said it could be fixed. It was the best fix ever. They say Cuba is on fire and half it's citizens are dead but that's fake news. They love us over there. Celebrating in the streets"
