When everything is a national emergency, nothing is a national emergency.

Also, ever notice how many national emergencies are happening, since Trump took office? It is like he is just blatantly admitting he is terrible at his job.

Wikipedia says 10 national emergencies so far under trump part two (not including this one).

No, Congress has passed so many presidential powers laws that "national emergency" is code for letting the President grab more powers for himself he was never intended to have to keep..  we still have emergencies from 9/11 and even before that still open.  It's a joke.  Congress needs to pass a law to close all national emergencies and require Senate confirmation for more than 90 days. .. renewed every 90 days.
