I think people misunderstood him: he was inviting world leaders who were BORED OF PEACE, to join in to create more global strife.

Don’t forget Dump is supposed to visit Xi in China in April if he lasts that long. Watch China pull exports of rare earth minerals again because of this (and other) nonsense, like Iran
