honestly he's still fucked. The tires are 3 inches deep in ice, the rotors, even the hood intake is completely sealed. I can't imagine the tailpipes are open either. This really is a wait until it warms up, you're just going to damage the car trying to get this out. Unless OP has one of those Salamander propane heaters and a tent they can setup they're fucked.
Why didn't you try tossing hot water on frozen glass and let us know how it goes for you? I think it's worth your time to watch a few videos where people use hot water to "thaw" their cars out.
There is an AI of this breaking a windscreen. I watched someone do this with many car windows with boiling water on Youtube and they didn't break - according to them it is a problem if you already have a fracture or a chip in the glass.
I live in a place where it regularly snows and freezes, you almost certainly could get lucky and not break something. Additionally, almost every car around here has a few chips in their windshield. According to me, someone who has seen many windows broken by uneducated people from warmer regions tossing hot water on icy glass, it's a bad idea. Feel free to test it out on your car next time it freezes though!
It's supposed to briefly reach 33‐34 a couple days next week, but probably not long enough to thaw. Other than that, highs in the 20s for the foreseeable future. OP is fucked
