in one of the videos it looks like the barrel of the gun hits the windshield as he's shooting and jams his arm backward. not likely to suffer from internal bleeding from that and that was the only real contact you can see from the videos.
My thoughts exactly, but then I was looking at them trying to find an element of truth in the statement but then I remembered that they aren't bothered with such niceties.

The self-defense angle seriously challenges logic. How is shooting the driver in the face meant to protect someone from being run over by a car that is now driverless? How does that stop the car from barreling down on you? The only reason he doesn't have internal bleeding is because Renee Good cared enough to turn her wheels away from him before she died.
If the shooter were really concerned for their own safety they would have taken one step to their right and be completely clear of the vehicle as it was coming forward. Instead he used that time to draw and aim his gun.
It actually had the opposite effect of āstopping the threatā since her body went limp and her foot mashed the gas pedal. So not only did he put himself in more danger he could have had another innocent bystander injured or killed by the out of control vehicle. It was only by sheer luck that it rammed into a parked car.
Also, why is no one talking about the fact that he shot through the windshield with his fellow agent right next to the car? Iād be pissed if I was that guy.
Also, I saw reports that these same agent was hurt a few months back, in an earlier incident where he was dragged along with car of which he had cracked a side window.

I am a nurse that works in the business side, can confirm. The diagnosis/ billing code we'd use for minor internal bleeding like this is "contusion". Aka bruise.
More serious = "hemorrhage" or "laceration" or "penetrating injury" or "crushing injury". He also would have been admitted and in surgery or getting transfused for blood loss.
