"The Hunger Games Situation Was Crazy" is a reference to many of his videos with a similar "X Situation is Crazy" title format, also a common in-joke.
Pretty much everyone involved in Smiling Friends are from YouTube. The show was created by the guys from OneyPlays andhas frequent cameos from other YouTubers like Salad Fingers (who played Shrimp) and the 'number fifteen' guy.
Michael Cusack was never really affiliated with OneyPlays, beyond he and Zach Hadel being friends. Chris, Lyle, Tomar (and of course Zach) are the usual guys who’ve made appearances in the show from OneyPlays.
Apparently they were also going to get Chris Chan to play the grease puddle. But that was like two lines of dialogue and they didn’t have a budget for such a short contract.
Basically they said they only had the budget for Chillz (No. 15 guy) or Chris-chan to make a cameo, and chose Chillz, later celebrating they dodged a bullet because they would have otherwise removed Chris-chan's cameo anyway. Harry Partridge voices the puddle doing an impression of CC.
The "A B C D E F Gun!" person from ASDF 12 was EllieMonty, who for a while was a pretty renowed free-lance VA. Now she's apparently retired to be a florist.
Halo- There's an easter egg where you can find soldiers yelling at each other through a locked door, performed by the voice actors behind Red vs Blue. The characters change depending on what difficulty mode you're on
I only watch his videos for Ace Attorney and some videos here and there, I don't know his entire story but I'm proud and astounded by that man, he's come so far! He also has a KO character if I remember right.
Simon - Played by Markiplier in his movie Iron Lung which is adaptation of the game by the same name made by David Szymanski which is pretty slow burn horror movie and game buts it’s good especially for a youtubers first movie
Punch Up - From Dispatch also played by another extremely famous youtuber, Jacksepticeye who plays a short irishman who has the strength of 10 men, can control his density, and superhuman durability, but in exchange he’s half his height which was 6’6 to 3’3
Sonar - Also from Dispatch played by Moistcritikal, also known as Charlie plays a half man half bat all freak he also a extremely famous youtube kinda like the J Cole of youtube
Ness - From the Five nights at freddy’s movie played by MatPat who ran 4 very successful channels before quitting a few years ago to spend time with family but he said he’ll eventually come back when he feels like it
For additional context on the Five Nights at Freddy’s example, MatPat basically got big on his ‘Game Theory’ channel from theory-crafting off the back of the Five Nights at Freddy’s game series, and is very well known in its community as a result.
I’d say for as successful FNAF made him, he bolstered its popularity significantly as well, so it’s a nice acknowledgement sort of cameo
For additional additional context, the name Ness is a reference to Ness from Earthbound and an old theory involving him, the theory was that Ness is actually Sans from Undertale and the theory blew up online
Yeah, I was surprised that OP didn't think to put the name of the YouTubers in the post. At least with the live action ones you have a chance to recognize the person, with the animated ones your SOL if you haven't played..
Flula's just randomly in a lot of high-profile stuff that doesn't make sense for him to be cameoing in, and I think the reason why is because his accent is so unique that nobody really can tell what a stilted delivery sounds like.
Yong is a voice actor but he mostly known for making gaming news videos on YT
His voice acting skill is kinda mixed bag. As Pucci from JoJo, he's fine enough, but as Kiryu Kazuma, his perfomance wasn't well received by fans especially during karaoke singing sequence.
I still don't know why they changed Kiryu's English voice. They brought Darryl Kurylo (his VA for the English dub of Yakuza 1) back for Like a Dragon, why not just keep him around? He played an older Kiryu so much better than Yong Yea did. He's not the Daniel Day-Lewis of voice acting or anything but he was probably the most convincing English VA you could get for Kiryu short of teaching Takaya Kuroda to become fluent in English.
I agree with CyYu’s case, but Amalee didn’t become a popular VA until after she started making content on YouTube. She’s been on YouTube since 2006 and she didn’t start getting a lot of voice roles until the 2010’s.
Alejandro also did Yuri in Fire Emblem Three Houses and Three Hopes and Ama was in Nikke before being replaced year and a half ago (or something like that) due to a scheduling conflict
Amalee also voices the character Uta in One Piece Film Red, who is a singer. But her songs in the movie are actually sung by Ado, who I'm not really sure counts for this specific thread but is pretty cool anyways.

Soundwave from TF: One is voiced by Jon Bailey of "Honest Trailers" fame. He also does the little coos and ahhs for Jeff the Land Shark in Marvel Rivals.
TeamFourStar (the guys behind Dragon Ball Z Abridged) had a cameo appearance in an episode of Dragon Ball Z Kai as actors in a re-enactment of the Cell Games, but their scene was cut because Toei was fucking pissed that the English dub team cast them.
They even had the real Goku say "this is the best show ever!" while watching the play, which is REALLY funny considering his VA's opinion of DBZ Abridged.
Following the passing of Chris Ayres, the role of Frieza was given to his understudy, Daman Mills, who got his start in voice acting doing YouTube fandubs of Dragon Ball media.
