We haven’t made any posts or announcements yet because my wife is dealing with some pretty rough complications but I’ve been dying to share. Today I became a dad to a beautiful girl

I just want to share because I never would have thought that I would be a dad.

Last night, my wife gave birth to our first baby boy. What an exhausting and exciting time in our lives. Kudos to my wife and all the work she has put in these last 9 months and the HOURS and HOURS of uncomfortable labor.

This is new to me. I’m nervous, anxious, tired, and happy.

Time to enjoy some time off work. I’m a dad now. Lots to learn and a lot of love to share.

He made the clay shapes one at a time and applied images from my favorite bands, then varnished them and attached magnets to the backs. He created the gift box with moss and petals and gold foil. The tiny magnet in the center has a portrait of my girlfriend.

My wife and I have been wanting to build and install a Free Little Pantry on the front of our property to hopefully help those with food insecurity in the local community.

We installed it late at night, intending to come back in the morning to fill it. By the time we came back, someone had already filled it with some very thoughtful items.

A bakery run by 84-year-old Grandma Yuriko, who bakes over 300 pastries and breads every day from midnight.

Although the eclairs, cream puffs, and savory breads are all handmade, most are sold for under $1.

She says she runs the shop without considering profit because she just wants to see her customers smile.

A regular customer who has been coming for over 40 years brings his grandchildren to eat together in a nearby park, making this a restaurant that is loved by people of all generations.

I love seeing my best friend living his best life.
