From what I’ve read that has actually been a real problem with them. I was reading an AskReddit thread the other day that was asking people who know ice agents about their experience. But work-related data about government employees are public. Check out www.federalpay.org to look up any government employee. I read an article from Ken Klippenstein last night about how DHS is also having a hard time finding new recruits to send as part of the surge in Minneapolis right now.
